A Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). In cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, everyday LIFE has implemented the federal PACE program in Northampton and Lehigh counties.
(Note: This program is known as LIFE – “Living Independence for the Elderly” in the state of Pennsylvania, while federally regulated under the name of PACE.)
everyday LIFE in the Lehigh Valley is a service of Presbyterian Senior Living and is designed to enable frail seniors who are medically eligible for skilled nursing home care to remain safely in the community for as long as possible. Services are provided in the member’s home, in other settings or in our everyday LIFE Center where meals, vital socialization, therapy, social support services, and various medical services, including those of the primary care physician and nursing are provided. And, if needed, transportation will be provided.
