This is the time of the year when we assemble the Annual Report to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and we appreciate the time, energy, and attention our churches put into this important work for the church.
PLEASE NOTE: The session needs to approve the report as early as possible after December 31, 2020. This is a session report and DOES NOT require approval at a congregational meeting.
The Statistics of the Church page is now open.
Your help in completing these reports is greatly appreciated. We would need your statistical reports submitted through the computer no later than February 15, 2021. This will give us time to review and correct if necessary any information by the General Assembly’s deadline.
There is no longer a statistical workbook. The program has been updated to include both helpful tools and definitions to complete the process. A PDF is available in multiple languages: Korean, Spanish, and English, to help with the questions and definitions being asked.

The statistical system works best with Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. Click the link to access the log-in page for the year-end statistics online reporting system. Use your church’s Pin/ID number and the password provided to the Clerk to enter your data.

Helpful Statistics Information
1. The program works best using Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. For those folks who are using IE (Microsoft Internet Explore) there are instructions on the statistics page for making changes to the browser. The main way you’ll know if the IE is an issue is because they will not see the ‘Clerk’ or ‘Statistics’ tab and often it will say Church Directory at the top of the page
2. After three unsuccessful attempts at logging in, the users will be locked out. Once you are locked, regardless if the correct information is entered, you will not have access. The folks at PC(USA) check many times during the workweek and on the weekend and unlock records.
